Peach Cobbler by Kathryn Rushing

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Flour, Sugar, Milk, Salt, and Baking Powder. Set aside. Melt butter in a 13×9 baking pan in the preheated oven. Once melted take pan out of oven and pour flour mixture on top of melted butter. Pour peaches on top of mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 stick Butter/Margarine
  • ¾ Cup Milk
  • 1 – 16 oz Can of Peaches with Juice
