Deluxe Pecan Pie by Kathryn Rushing

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a small mixer beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, syrup, and cream. Stir in vanilla, brandy, and pecans. Pour into pie tin. Bake 40-50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.

  • 1 9 inch Pie Crust
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ Cup Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Pecan Halves

Note: Recipe below says to make your own crust but I know for a fact Kathy Rushing used the pre-made pie crusts from the store once she found out they taste the same as making your own.
